Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1650) on the following:                                     
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 75(FIN)                                                                   
    "An Act relating to the powers and duties of the commissioner of                                
    fish and game, Board of Fisheries, and Board of Game in                                         
    promoting and preserving fishing, hunting, and trapping in the

Representative Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House adopt the following letter of intent:                                                         
                                                                                                    
"It is the intent of the Legislature to leave the commissioner of fish                              
and game with the discretion and authority, but not the obligation, to                              
assist the United States Fish and Wildlife Service in the enforcement                               
of federal laws pertaining to fish and game.  The commissioner shall                                
not be required to assist the federal government in the enforcement of

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 75(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 75(FIN), and                                      
recommended that the members vote yes.                                                              
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendment to CSHB 75(FIN)?"  The roll was taken with the
